About the Organization:
The Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services (IMCES) is a community clinic providing integrated health and mental health services in addition to workforce development to the community since 1989. IMCES is a private non-profit community clinic contracted with the Department of Public Health and Department of Mental Health. Our direct services are structured for underserved, culturally diverse target populations. IMCES provides many programs designed to address the complexity of clients and community needs with the spectrum of services including severe mental illness, moderate mental illness, as well as programs for prevention and early intervention.

About the Position:
IMCES has an immediate opening for Finance Manager
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Minimum MA, CPA preferred
Applicant must provide evidence of experience related to the requirements including the following:
- Knowledge of non-profit community clinic in health and mental health service delivery
- Direct knowledge of Los Angeles County health and mental health contracts and funds, familiarity with DMH contracts and act as a controller.
- Assist in the development and administer personnel policies and procedures
- Completing all required status reports through successful compliance of contract agreement with funding sources with fiducial responsibility
- Perform benefits administration
- Familiarity with state and federal law, including labor law.
